Refund policy

We accept returns for eligible products within 24 hours of delivery, provided items are:

Unworn, unwashed, and with original tags intact. 
Returns will not be accepted for items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Make a clear unboxing video with said damages on the merchandise

Returned in their original packaging.

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and issue a store credit.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them by emailing info/help/support@boardingpass.store
Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5- 7 days. Exchanges for the products will be delivered within 5-7 days.

Sale items and accessories are not eligible for return/refund.

Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.
